All roads lead to Whitepark Bay!

From the west you must reach Coleraine to cross the River Bann....

from there you can take either the A2 coast road via Portstewart/Portrush/Dunluce Castle to Bushmills or take the direct B 17.  In Bushmills you turn left and go 5 miles on the A2 to Whitepark Bay....we are just around the corner from the Beach car park on the right with all the usual signs displayed.

From the South ( Belfast/Dublin) again you have a choice....either the direct route up the M2 motorway via the ring roads of Ballymena and Ballymoney to Bushmills etc which takes a little over an hour....or , if you have 2 hours, take the wonderful A2 coast road past Carrickfergus Castle/Carnlough/Cushendall ( Harrys' Bar for soup ? ) and Cushendun where you simply must leave the A2 and take the wee road past Torr Head, look for Murlough Bay, and then go to Ballycastle ...............from there follow the B15 coast road east past the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge( one hour leg stretch ? ) to Ballintoy....we are 2 miles further along the coast road on the left hand side.

Just to confuse things....if you are travelling from Dublin and want to avoid Belfast and the motorways there is a route that i call "the green road to /from Dublin."...takes a wee bit longer but is less stressful and prettier.....From Dublin you go to the village of Slane on the N2( beside Newgrange...one of the "must see's" of Ireland ) and up to Castleblayney /Armagh and the A 29 north via Cookstown/Maghera to Coleraine.
